Manjur proved to be an excellent professional who was very thorough and meticulous in inspecting the home and identifying the problems using latest thermal imaging and other gadgets and crawling into nook and corner of the house to inspect. He not only provided a report but emailed pictures that he refered to in the report in support of identified issues. I am very pleased with his professionalism, reasonable price for such a detailed and thorough inspection and super quick turn-over of the report. My builder had to rectify every issue he had identified. He advised me on long term care and how to prevent some problems from recurring.
