This is a family run company. The 2 guys supervise and do too the work and the wives do the office work so they insist on high standards. I've had them do one home and 2 rental properties. Their work is professional,well crafted and competitively priced. I was impressed when they noticed the poor workmanship of a window recently installed by another company and put a replacement in at no extra cost. They were also available to talk to when I had some after market questions. Even when they were installing I noticed they were vacuuming every spot of sawdust they saw. I cannot recommend them. too highly. It's been 3 years now since their installations and all is well. Their high tech windows create an air conditioned feel in the house in summer and of course the house is warmer in winter. You don't need triple glazing when the double glazing is so good.
