This company did my roof a few years ago. They were very quick to give a quote and, within a few days, up on my roof doing the work. The work was done very quickly. I had gotten quotes from other companies but they were slightly more expensive and I had to wait longer for the work to get done.
At first, I was impressed by the quick work they had done. They also cleaned most of the debris around the house. Unfortunately, I became aware of many problems after the job was done. First, I had issues with water leaking between my roof and eavesthough. I got the roof inspected and was told I should have had installed a drip edge - the company never asked if I wanted to - this is probably my fault for not being fully educated on this... What the inspection also revealed is what really shows the incompetence of the roofers and the company. It was revealed that the ice water shield was not correcly installed and left my home vunerable to ice and water damage. I called the company on several occasions but never got a call back. When winter came along, I had to hire another roofing company to remove snow off my roof. The "warranty" provided by Dripfree forbids any other company to take snow off the roof, but they don't answer phone. In winter, their phone numbers are all disconnected!!!
I realize now why they charge less and the wait times are very short; because they have a bad reputation. I do not recommend this company due to their incompetence and their lack of customer service (after sale service)
