From the time my husband called the office for service, to the time of the installation, this company was tops! The office people and the install guys (Ross & Matt) were all great to deal with and knew their business. They were thorough, worked hard and had the job done quickly, and explained everything. From shopping around, we got a really good deal too! Thanks for turning a bad thing into a positive! We will definitely recommend to everyone!

Great Service from the minute I called to have a new water heater installed to the service technicians (Justin and Richard) who installed and removed the old water heater. Highly recommend this company as customer service oriented and friendly staff. A few years ago, they installed to high efficiency furnances in our home. Same great service. 10 out of 10 !

We did not solicit other bids for this job due to Reliance's competitive pricing on a previous job. Reliance's excellent past service record with us and their second to none installation crew made the choice simple. Installation of an A/C unit in a 60 year old home can be difficult however "The Crew" (Ross/Matt/Tyler) demonstrated their excellence in creativity and determination in getting the job done. They did a very professional job and "got it right the first time."

had all 3 installed, furnace, Air Conditioning and instant hot water system. Company was great during installation. We had numerous problems with the hot water system and they were good at responding and very patient. Finally offered to exchange the hot water system after several attempts at repair.

Ross & Matt were on time and very friendly There work was quick, clean and done right. They took the time to show me everything when they were done and put up with my dog and children without seeming the least bit annoyed. The sales man was helpful, professional and helped us find what was right for us great experience and will definitely be using them again.

Tyler Ross Drew went above&beyond they went the extra mile in correcting a repair that wasnt up to code from a previous company.they were pleasant & efficient. would 100% recomend them.
