I bought my house in October 2010 at which time I consulted with Joey Dellaire about the rather extensive renovations that I wanted done to the inside. Joey not only listened to my ideas, but offered his own ideas and suggestions on how I could improve on the renovations I wanted done. He knocked out walls, installed all new laminate flooring, baseboards, doors and door frames, a bathroom sink and cabinet, new kitchen tile, and a built-in bar in the kitchen.

Throughout the renovations, I found Joey to be very quick and efficient. I was always surprised at how much he was able to accomplish each day especially because his work was meticulous. His demeanor throughout was entirely personable and professional and he had all the renovations completed in a very timely fashion with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I am absolutely in love with the end result.

I would highly recommend his work to anyone.

over the past couple of years ive been renovating my house. joe from By Joe, Let's Build It has been a godsend. he was always punctual and kept to timeframes we mapped out, he stays within budget and explains in way i can understand if budget needs to be altered and why. he has brought many ideas to the table on how to do my renos and has shown where improvements could be made to my projects or where i could save money. im planning on a complete kitchen reno and am planning on using joes services and would, and have recommended him to my friends.
