Very dissatisfied. Avoid these skamsters!
On phone they quoted 45$/ hr with 1hr of travel with minimum of 2hrs.
Once they were here - It became Min of 4 hrs with 2 hrs of travel time + stairs + appliances etc.

I was charged $850.00 for a 4 hour moving job . My new house is within 4 kilometers from my previous house...I was told over the phone that this will cost me $45.00 p/hr & it will only take 4 hours plus the travel time but once the stuff was loaded in the truck I was told that it's $850.00 or I won't get my stuff delivered...I witnessed the movers dropping my treadmill on the stairs & now they are not willing to pay me for treadmill it's completely dead now ...If any of you victims are willing to file a law suit against this company please contact me at fwasi@yahoo.com .....or call / text me at 6478617865 everytime I call them they either not pickup or hangup on me ....

I don't think I need to explain what happened on my moving day. All the other reviews explain pretty much what I experienced. It was a nightmare and I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else anymore. So I am going to make a formal complaint to BBB (Better Business Bureau).

Very difficult to deal with. The movers themselves were nice enough and quick, although they did charge us extra for "heavy items" like a small IKEA Expedit shelf that I've moved with the help of my boyfriend before (I'm 5'0" by the way). But I got a quote from them ahead of time, which said they would only charge me a one-way travel fee, and they ended up charging me double that. When I spoke to the manager, he agreed that it was a mistake and said he'd write a cheque for the difference. It never came, and after ~6 months of phoning them (to get the money back, out of principle), having them pass me around to many different people at the company and always saying they'd get back to me but never actually returning my calls, still no sign of reimbursement. Just frustrating and not worth the stress. If they're this difficult about a little issue, imagine if there's a problem that would actually take effort on their part... Pick another company!

Biggest moving scam in Toronto, rude and drove off with my $200 deposit after 30 minutes without doing the job. Also tried to double charge travel time and didn't bring equipment requested

Verbal agreement was made over the phone prior to them arriving. When they got to my house, they changed the details - obviously making it more expensive. They told me that there was a 4-hr minimum and extra charges for stairs, after I specifically asked if there would be extra fees. After a continual back-and-forth with the 'manager' on the phone, since they changed the terms of the agreement, I did not want them to do the move. What would have happened if they damaged something? Eventually I called the police because they would not give me deposit back. They finally left after taking the 'travel fee' of $45 - which I reluctantly agreed to. This company is obviously not ethical.

VERY DISSATISFIED. Fraudently took $200.00. Hired to move fridge $40 per hr. and 1 hour travel time. Did not move fridge they had no tools, left desk on front lawn and left with $200.00 deposit.

Do NOT hire this company!! SCAMMING and walked away with our property. Like the other reviewers, the movers disappeared with "engine trouble" for two hours, which effectively doubled my cost to move a single item!! Their irrationale boss, on the phone, would not listen to reason and claimed that they had accounted for the lost time, but I was still required to pay double the quote, including cost for a third mover.

Don't get yourself into the position of having your item on the truck and a deposit in their hand. DO NOT HIRE THEM AT ALL.

Not to mention the lack of proper equipment.

And they walked away with our tape measure and, although admitting they have it, will not return it.

They should be shut down.

BEWARE! Worst moving experience I've ever encountered. I have no idea how these guys are still running a business. They will give you a reasonable quote on the phone and tell you there is no minimum hourly charge and when they finally do show up (they were 2 hours late!), they will give you a whole new price and tell you there is a 4 hour minimum + 2 hour transportation cost. Scammers!! They did not use dolly's or blankets. Very unprofessional. No apology for being late.
