After purchasing a pool table and having it set up in our family room, we found that the existing paint was a really poor match. So--time to paint. The Home Depot paint department in Kanata, has very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff.
One important factor in a paint store for us is the color selection, as my wife does not like to be limited to 1200 colors ;-)
The selection of colors and brands at Home Depot is fantastic.
The prices are reasonable as well.
The trim and the two colors for the walls were all 'Behr' brand and they all went on perfectly.

i was surprised by the number of options available. the design service was friendly and knowledgeable and cost was reasonable. the installation was prompt although the blinds have some issues with sturdiness

Great service at Home Depot in Kanata. The staff are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was very pleased with support and help provided. The prices are good and comparable to other home repair stores.

I was very happy with the service provided at home depot as we searched for very specific blinds for our new home. We wanted something with ease of use, that was room darkening and not too expensive. We had colour spec's and size spec's that were not the norm.

Luckily we had a wonderful sales rep who assisted us in our search, helped with the measurements, and had the blinds cut to our specifications. We were able to install ourselves and have not had any issue's since.

As the rooms in question had many different sized windows, and simply many windows, the assistance we received was both appreciated and needed.

The staff could be more numerous. It's sometimes difficult finding someone to help you. They are not very knowledgeable on the products and services but i am overall satisfied with the store.

We have done our kitchen and bathroom renovations, flooring, plumbing, gardening and many other projects in our home and always get excellent advice and service and excellent quality materials.
We often just go to browse for ideas.

getting any advice at the Cyrville Rd HD was near impossible. Staff seemed to be avoiding customers rather than asking if they wanted to help. Kind of went against HD's mantra of being all helpful like. But I'll be there again - they have lots of stuff and it is close. But if you have a choice, think it over

My husband and I went into home depot after researching for hours online. We knew exactly the appliances we wanted. Needless to say, we left with completely different choices and feeling great about what we chose! The gentleman in the appliance department really knew his stuff. He talked to us about our choices, and demonstrated the pros and cons of what we had picked out. Some of the appliances he suggested were even lower priced than our original picks, but he went through everything with us so thoroughly and demonstrated every little detail (who knew there were so many neat things in a dishwasher?). Although it was a lot of money to spend, we felt really good about what we ended up with.
