Eco Clean Powerwashing No Longer In Business

I found Eco Clean on this site and read some of the reviews, and subsequently emailed George with a few questions.

George got back to me pretty quickly, faster than any other companies I contacted. He provided me straightforward answers, and was very clear on what his services entailed.

I have some water stains on the front of my brick townhouse from years of neglect from the previous owner, so I wasn't sure how effective George's work would be. He indicated that although there was no guarantee, he felt he'd be able to help remove the stains.

In following up with my enquiry, George had asked if I wanted to proceed, but I still had some reservations, but I got the feeling he was an honest guy so we booked a time on a Saturday morning.

George and Jim showed up on time, and quickly got to work. He tried to accommodate my reluctance to have hose coming through my house (since i didn't have a water tap in my garage at the front), and attempted to use an adaptor on a bathroom sink in the basement.

Even though it didn't work out that way, I appreciated his effort.

George and Jim were also quite friendly, and proceeded to powerwash for about an hour. What I also appreciated was afterwards, both George and Jim asked me if there were other spots I'd like them to concentrate on, ensuring I was happy with their work.

Afterwards, it was difficult to tell if all the stains had come out since the brick was now wet, but I thanked the guys and they went on their way. After the brick dried, there was one portion that was still stained, and although I knew there were no guarantees, I emailed George asking if he might be able to give it another go. I honestly wasn't expecting him to get back to me so fast, but George emailed me in a few hours indicating he'd return the next morning to see what he could do.

Sure enough, the guys came by on time and spent another 1/2 hour at my house to try and remove the stain. Already I've seen an improvement, but more importantly, I was impressed by George's attention to customer service. Many contractors would have simply not gotten back to me . Out of good faith I had paid the full amount to George without seeing the final results (as the brick hadn't dried the first time he was here). And likewise, he promptly addressed my concerns, understanding the value of word of mouth, particularly since HomeStars is where I first found his company.

I recommend George, Jim and Eco Clean completely, and wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.
