Cost was reasonable and work was great. warranty also... Above all else from to quote to completion..great customer service..this was a key factor

We recently had Imperial replace our roof and we are extremely happy with the look of our new roof. Mike and his crew did a great job. They made sure to protect both our home and the homes of our neighbors when the old roof was removed. Mike even took the extra time to deal with a nagging issue we had for years of water dripping on our porch during the winter. I highly recommend this company.

From the initial meeting with Stephane to the finished product, the experience was nothing less than amazing. They were very friendly and matched us with the perfect color gutters, soffits and facia for our house. When the team arrived to do the work, they were very careful not to make a mess or damage the house. At the end of each day, they made sure to clean up everything and not leave any dangerous pieces laying around. One of the gentlemen that did the installation, has been doing this for over 25 years. The quality of work clearly showed.
We are very happy with the overall experience.

Called Stephan to inquire about a new roof. Within 10 minutes, i received a call from Mike asking if he could come by to give a quote. Mike presented a folder which included their insurance certificate, information about the company as well as a breakdown of the IKO roofing system. Mike got on the roof, took pictures and explained the process. I had a problem with my previous vents, so he made a recommendation for a different style. I received the pictures and a quote through email.

After receiving multiple quotes, i decided to go with Imperial.
Day of the install, they tarped the grounds around my house and my neighbors driveway. They protected my AC and windows. A full crew ripped my old roof off in no time, cleaning the grounds as they were working. They inspected the roof. No repairs were needed. After a few hours, some of the crew left and the remaining crew installed 3 feet of ice and water at the edges/valleys (they did a hidden valley) and synthetic underlayment on the rest of the roof. New Dynasty shingles were installed as well as HD metal vents and pipe flashings. I think theres more that i may be missing, but what i can say is I absolutely recommend Imperial. In and out in a day, left everything clean and the roof looks great. I was really impressed with Mike and his crew. I was really impressed with the work.

Imperial roofs did a great job on my roof recently! They were very professional, on time, and kept everything clean at the end of the day. They only used high quality material and back it up with a solid warranty. I used the IKO Dynasty series on my roof and it looks fantastic! In addition I upgraded my eavestroughs with the T-Rex system, which includes a leaf guard. T-Rex uses screws every few inches to secure it to the house instead of nails, and is rock solid. Through out the heavy rains in late June and July, both the roof and eavestroughs have been solid. I am extremely happy and highly recommend Imperial Roofs. They keep their word, are very accessible if you have questions, and do the job right!

Roof needed new shingles. Stephan was quick and efficient with quote and time frame to complete work. The neighbour wanted his roof done also and Stephan accommodated to do the shared roof at the same time. Price is reasonable. Work completed and area was cleaned up. He even gave suggestions on roof colour selection. Very happy with all aspects of the job.

From start to finish, from first visit to explain their product and process to the commitment to date and efficiency of work, they were faultless in their execution. We were very grateful for their evident personal concerns and needs we required. We are so thankful that we have no hesitation in recommending them wholeheartedly.

General Manager Stephan went up on the roof, took pictures and temporarily patched holes. He recommended work and other repairs to be done. He assisted me with my insurance claim and gave me an approximate estimate. He kept in touch regularly until the entire job was complete. Stephan and the workers were excellent and very professional. They did one of the best jobs I have seen. Installed every option required and cleaned up afterwards. I am totally satisfied with this work that was done. Great job.

Steve and the company were wonderful to work with right from beginning until the end. Steve was honest and professional both with quiet and timelines. Work was done on time and budget and the crews were great and lots of attention paid to the surrounding gardens and pool when installing. I waited to write this review until after the winter. The roof looks like it is still brand new even after severe wind storms and snow, ice, rain etc. the roof has held up and looks great. Would highly recommend Imperial Roofing

The team was on time ,professional,didnt waste any time doing the job.Cleaned all over prior to leaving .Really good group
