Late night panic - blocked drain
*This review is overdue, experience was in mid 2015.*
Went downstairs to find bubbles and water all over the floor. Chose this business after reading homestars review (and to be honest, because we were panicking).
Rick arrived at our house at around 8:30 and was there for several hours. He was pleasant, professional and cleaned up the area he was working in. The cost was more than fair for a Sunday night call out, and it was clear to me that he was not attempting to charge us more than was fair. He was happy to educate us in the process and managed to snake out the drains which was partially blocked to the main.
Highly recommended, and if I'm ever in the unfortunate position of needing to do business with him again I would not hesitate to call.

We often tell people that a plumber is like a dentist. You want a really good one, you just don't want to see them too often.
