Rick was informative and helpful as well as professional. He didn't try and up-sell me and was clear and honest about everything he did. I've had a few bad experiences with tradespeople and this one with Rick was the total opposite. Would recommend him without hesitation. Also his price was good and he gave me a guarantee.

When you hear stories about customers being told they should be installing $1,400 toilets which were 'on sale' for only $1,200 each it really gives you an understanding of what kind of tactics are being used on people who trust that you are the most knowledgeable person in the room.
