We chose Monarch after many months of searching. It was to us a big project, complete kitchen reno. The quotes from various companies were mostly in the same ballpark and we finally decided after talking to others who had Monarch kitchens.

Their service was excellent as was the workmanship. The great service started with the design stage and includes a "tune-up" a few months after the kitchen is finished. The new kitchen was done with minimal disruption and communications with Monarch were always promptly addressed.

Monarch Kitchens & Bath completed my kitchen reno last year. They were a pleasure to work with and were always quick to address any questions/concerns I had. There is a tricky part in my kitchen that abuts the laundry door and I had met with a couple of designers and Monarch were the only ones who were able to offer a sensible solution. They also went to bat for me on a supplier product deficiency and didn’t back down until the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I had reason to call them last week regarding my barn door and was expecting to get push-back as the work was completed months ago. I was pleasantly surprised they had someone out within 4 days to rectify the problem. It’s hard to find service like that. I highly recommend Monarch if you are thinking of doing a kitchen reno.

We live in Uxbridge and had a traditional new home builder layout with family room-kitchen-dining room across the back of the house. Monarch turned our place into a brilliant new open-concept home, including removing two walls and putting in a high-end professional kitchen. Excellence in design, renovation/ demolition, installation, and finishing. Highly recommend.

My wife wanted her kitchen renovated and after asking around to friends who had had a kitchen renovation we decided to approach Monarch Kitchens to ask for a quote. All of the staff at Monarch kitchens made us feel welcome and took a lot of the stress out of such an intimidating project. Right from the start to the finish the renovation was done in an extremely professional manner. Most people have had scary stories of booking with various contractors who didn't keep their word. Monarch was not like that at all. In a world that says "Buyer Beware" Monarch was a very welcome exception. I can say without a doubt that Monarch has very high ethical values and stood by their word every step of the way. They were always on time, on budget and had excellent workmanship.

We recently had our kitchen and powder room renovation completed by Monarch Kitchen and Bath. Our first meeting with Monarch was with Kevin, who came by the house to thoroughly reviewed the space and spent much time with us to discuss our vision for the powder room and kitchen renovation.

Kevin completed 2 design plan options and took the time to go over each of the plans with us. We visited their extensive showroom to make choices for flooring, cabinets, counter-tops, backsplash, and hardware. Kevin was very friendly, patient, and helpful throughout this process and we never felt rushed. He consistently kept us updated on costs in order to ensure we stayed within our budget.

For the most part, the work was completed as outlined on the schedule provided. We were always informed of any change in schedule. Everyone, including the plumbers and electricians, as well as the cabinet, flooring, counter-top, and tile installers were all very professional and addressed any questions and concerns we had in a timely manner.

We are extremely happy with our beautiful new kitchen and powder room. Thank you to Kevin, Neil, and each and every member of the Monarch crew for all of your hard work and expertise. We would not hesitate to recommend Monarch to anyone looking to renovate their home.

This is the first time I have turned my home over to someone else to do a renovation in the past it was done by myself. The project was done very well and on time and any problems were fixed and or repaired with out any issues and in a short time period. The planner and the owner were awesome to deal with and the rest of the staff were always a phone call away to answer any questions. Next on to the bathroom.

We spent a lot of money but we are completely happy with the kitchen renovation done by Monarch. They not only work with you on the design but they arrange everything not just the cabinets, the countertop, the backsplash, the sinks, the taps, etc. They take care of the electrical, the plumbing even removing old appliances after installing the new ones. We couldn't be happier. My wife sometimes even comes down in the middle of the night to admire her new kitchen.

Monarch Kitchens did a wonderful job on our kitchen renovation. The designer, Janet Dawson, did a great job with the design while working within our budget. All the Monarch staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, and got the job done in a timely manner. We had a great experience overall, and I would highly recommend Monarch Kitchens.
