Railings review in

I contracted Weston Iron Design in June to build a set of stairs and railings in my house. Jonathan is a smooth talker and a charmer. He managed to string me along for months before "declaring bankruptcy." I have searched the records and he has not officially declared bankruptcy. In conversations with other trades I came to learn that he does this on a regular basis.
I lost $2200. I am going to pursue legal action but I highly doubt I'll get the money back. Don't make the same mistake as me. Stay far away from this company (they may open under another name) and this fraudster.
