We hired Cargo Cabbie to move filing cabinets from one one Downtown Toronto office tower to another location. This was a small job, but a headache in terms of setting up timing between pick-up and drop-off locations and parking (off Bay Street).
We had to reschedule a couple of times and Stephen at the Cargo Cabbie office was invariably helpful, patient and responsive. And when the move happened, the crew were excellent. They were very careful in packing and unpacking the cabinets and were both smart, resourceful, efficient and friendly (shout-out to Graham and his colleague!).
Anyway - bottom line is that I would recommend this company in a heartbeat and hope we can use them again. A great example of customer service.
