Homeplus Renovations

The best thing that could have happened to us…. Jim Drakopoulos, owner of HomePlus Renovations, abandoned our renovation project! These people are all about family; unfortunately it’s his family and not yours! Armed with personal issue excuses, our renovation project, which should have taken no more than 4-5 months to complete, took over 10-months before they abandoned us….and they left a trail of unpaid sub-contractors in their wake! We were fortunate enough to be able to hire a trusted contractor to step-in quickly and begin the process of completing our project successfully. We would not recommend this contractor at all. You should keep an eye out for his name since people like this change company names once their reputation catches up with them.

Homeplus helped us from design to completion, we added extra living space and renovated original space. Jim and James were great and their guys were very professional. There were a few glitches along the way but they were handled and we moved on. I always felt homeplus had our best interests in mind during the project...thanks guys

Very friendly and helpful staff to deal with. Very satisfied with the work, a lot of attention to detail which is the most important thing in my books. A big thanks to the crew at homeplus renovation's my yard looks amazing now.

We had an entrance built from our garage to the basement for my elderly parents to live. HomePlus took the time to go over everything with us and kept working with us thru the entire project. Throughout the project they kept in mind this was for an elderly couple and made the necessary changes to the original plans as needed. There staff was great and maintained a clean work environment. I will be hiring them for projects to come in the future.

Great job guys! Always professional, experience and completed the job on time and on budget. I had an interior loadbearing wall removed and a new structural beam installed. They even got an engineer involved to ensure everything was done correctly. Would highly recommend this company.
