I'm a remote landlord. Got these folks called in by my tenant, and with no other options - looks like they just took advantage of the situation. Google Reviews looked great. However, if you look at the reviews - most of them appear to be fake - written by people who ever made 1 review in their lives. When you look at negative reviews - these are actually being the most helpful, upvoted, showing the true colors.
I'd suggest to stay away. Read the negative reviews about the exorbitant price quotes, and the non-refundable $89 visit fee. Find some local alternative that can give you a free estimate, and I'd guarantee you'll find a less expensive service provider.

Hi Max in Toronto! None of our reviews are fake on Google- the majority of our clients are satisfied with our services and see and appreciate the value we provide our clients. Admittedly these are home owners who live in their homes who recognize the skills and expertise of a licensed plumber. We usually stay away from landlords such as yourself as landlords claim they can do the work themselves.( we responded to your tenants request as they were in need) As I mentioned in your Google review, you were informed of the price at the time and you agreed to proceed with the job. And then decided to visit all of our platforms to give a negative review. Well, best of luck with your future plumbers or handymen. thank you again for the feedback.
