We had been shopping around for AC for literal years, we just couldn't decide on who to go with! We then searched on Reddit to gather the experience directly from people within our community and found, by a landslide, that Air Central was the best for price and service and boy did they deliver! The first to introduce themself was Wyatt and he was very friendly and chipper especially for 8am in the morning! The rest of the crew were quick to introduce themselves to my husband so I don't have their names but they were all delightfully and did a great job at respecting our home during the installation! I have already recommended this company to all of our friends and family! Just the best!

The quickness of the response and follow up from Shannen was terrific. Within a day, she had all the preparatory work done and ordered the AC unit. We only had to wait a week for the install date, which in mid-June was also pretty amazing! Tim and his crew of Trevor and Wyatt arrived on time on the day they promised and were done within two and a half hours. The crew were very polite, friendly and efficient. They were respectful of the house and yard.

Shannen has been an angel in answering all my inquires and had been really patient with us until we are able to book for an installation date. I apologize, but I can't remember the name of our installator but it made an impact on me when I got the call and he told me that he'll take care of our house. The work itself is fabulous and with the recent inspection we had from the city we were told that AC central did a great job. I'm happy we went with them as recommended by our friend!!!
