We have previously used Air Central to purchase and have them install two high efficiency furnaces in our home. We were so impressed with the high level of professionalism and courtesy demonstrated by Tim and his assistant, we also had them install central air conditioning in our multi-level home, as well as convert our wood burning fireplace to gas. When we sold our house and moved to a condominium apartment with hot water heating, we found the fans did not provide us with relief from the summer heat, so once again, we called Tim and his team to install a central air conditioning unit in our new home. Tim gave us a very favourable estimate and he and his team once again provided us with an exemplary services in delivering and installing a very attractive, efficient and quiet air conditioner. Tim and Harley showed up at the time promised. These guys worked like a well oiled machine. They were cordial, polite, and considerate. They even put down a plywood sidewalk to their trucks so as not to damage the lawn. When they were finished the installation, they took the time to explain the thermostat operation and program, and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves.
I’m hoping for a hot day soon to try it out, as it was still too cold out for the machine to bother.

Air con install. Nice workmanship. Tim was a very good tradesperson and very professional. The place was kept clean with tarps to protect carpet and they left the area nice and tidy.

I have been unable to test system because it is too cold but everything seems to be good. Tim was a real pleasure to deal with and I would have no problem recommending him and his company to friends and relatives.

Had a few quotes to get a furnace/ac/hot water tank installed in my home just outside Onoway. This company by far stood out from all the rest. Had called several places from the city who would not even travel out this far to do work. After meeting with Tim and Shannon at the Edmonton renovation show, I went Home, took a few very simple measurements, and a couple of pictures, and emailed them to Shannen. After only a few minuets she got back to me with a quote. No taking time off work on a weekday to meet with an installer as I allready did with a few other places. Their quote was accurate as they priced me for the same size furnace and a/c as the other guys did, but for a price that was easier on the pocket book...and that was before their show sale and multiple item discount offer was factored in. Tim also did not shy away from installing a chimney liner for me, as other installers did, because my house is an A-frame and the roof pitch is at least 18/12, ontop of it being the dead of winter. Thus allowing me to continue using an atmospheric water heater as opposed to the pricier power vented water heater. Tim showed up on time, was super polite, honest and informative, and I feel that he treated my home just as well as he would his own. Laid out blankets to protect the floors and plywood runners outside to prevent bringing snow inside. Cleaned up, vaccumed and put away everything on both days of the install, inside and outside. Tim even took the time to fabricate a document holder out of sheet metal to keep all my manuals together. Very clean, neat and tidy install too. The furnace is now the nicest looking thing in my basement. All in all couldn't be happier. Would recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a top notch installer who pays attention to even the smallest of details and offers VERY commpetitive pricing with easy financing options...just look for the Yetti and Air Central will help you out. I just had central AC installed in February. Haven't had a chance to try out the unit but the install went very well. Tim did the install and he was very professional and efficient. Everything was kept very clean and when he left, you wouldn't have even known he was there. To obtain a quote was very easy, didn't need to make an appointment to come to the house. And booking the install was very easy and the staff answered all my questions and in a timely manner.

Your service person Tim came today to tackle my garage heater install. After speaking exclusively online with Shannen, everything was set up. I was surprised that she didnt send a sales person to give me a quote, but I understand that helps keep the costs down.
Tim arrived on time, and started work right away.
We discussed multiple mounting locations and the benefits of each and the drawbacks. We decided on the most central location and I'm just going to say that I'm very pleased with how it all turned out.
You can tell the attention to detail and pride Tim takes in his work was second to none! So impressed with him and his work ethic.
I would not hesitate to recommend Air Central to my friends, family or co-workers.
