The lower part screen of my patio door had been damaged for years by small animals. I called Dad and within days he was at my place, in Gatineau, examining the situation. My intention was to replace the door, but he told me that it was not necessary and that he would come back with his truck to fix the problem on site. His son came a few days later and did the work. On his way in, the son noted that the screen on one of my basement windows had also been partly destroyed by a rodent of some sort. He replaced it immediately with a stronger screen. I was impressed by the celerity, the quality and the professionalism of the services rendered. Both the dad and the son are pleasant persons to deal with.
