The Electrician was very friendly and informative. He worked steadily and quickly. I love the fact that he took all of the old fixtures and packing material away and cleaned up after himself.

Westridge Electric (Kirk) arrived on time and finished on time. The work entailed changing all dated switches and outlets in a 1500 sq ft condo to modern decora switches; istalling under-cabinet lighting to the kitchen; and replacing the outdated smoke detector. Westridge's crew were tidy, respectful, and thorough. We are very pleased with their work!

From the moment of first contact Westridge Electric was patient, professional and provided timely responses. Len and Curtis were friendly and provided excellent service and helpful information. Clean up was done and I feel the work was done efficiently without rushing, everything was explained throughly and I would recommend this company to anyone. I will use their services in the future.

We called Westridge Electric to remediate our older home's aluminum wiring. Scott came and thoroughly inspected the electrical panel and explained the Copalum method of remediation. He also answered all of our questions and provided a detailed estimate for the work. Scott and Curtis showed up promptly as arranged, dealt with every electrical fixture and outlet in our home, including climbing into the attic to inspect a junction box. They replaced all of our switches and plugs as they worked, and also replaced a number of light fixtures that were dated. As well, we had Scott replace our panel and install whole home surge protection and wireless linked smoke detectors. Scott and Curtis worked steadily each day, took time to answer any questions we had along the way, and cleaned up everything at the end of each day. We were completely impressed with both of them and have already arranged to have Scott return to install LED lighting in our living room.

We had Kirk Hill out to do some various repairs on Electrical issues we were having. He reviewed what needed to be done, quoted what it would cost and then provided the service. I was happy with his efficiency in getting the job done in a timely matter, I was happy with the results and quality of workmanship. The pricing was fair. He also was prompt in getting estimates to us on other jobs we will do in the future.

We recently purchased an older home which had aluminum wiring throughout. We contacted Westridge Electric to have a wiring inspection done and Kirk Hill was sent out on the service call. He explained the Copalum option to us and answered all our questions. We scheduled to have the upgrade done and in early February Kirk and Curtis came to do the work. They applied Copalum to all the connections, upgraded the panel and installed surge protection. While doing all this work, they happily replaced 15 of our fixtures with new ones and put LED bulbs in our fan/light in the foyer. When they noticed that there were some gaps around the outside lights, Kirk offered to put silicone around them (which he also picked up on his way to our place one day). When we asked to put a timer on our yard light, again very happily, they brought a timer, installed it and Kirk explained to us how to set it. On the last day when we arrived home, they were busy cleaning up and took away all the boxes and the old fixtures. We could not have asked for a better experience. Based on this experience, our "go-to-electricians" are going to be Westridge and (hopefully!) Kirk and Curtis. And last but not least, Amy and Abby on the service desk are cheerful, helpful and very efficient. Thanks to all for contributing to a smooth upgrade. Our house is bright and beautiful with all the new fixtures and we feel confident now with the upgraded wiring.

Kirk was very professional and explained the work needed to fix these problems. The bathroom fan was diagnosed and corrected very quickly. Kirk checked out the electrical systems throughout the house including the furnace fan. His work was very acceptable and he recommended a Lennox contractor who came out to the house and installed a new thermostat. The office personnel were also very helpful when I made my initial enquiry about this service. I would certainly contact Westridge again for future electrical work.

Kirk and crew arrived on time and had all work complete in the quoted time frame.
In summary excellent to deal with, no surprises, costs were as quoted.

The technicians were very professional and courteous. The work was done right on schedule and within budget. The price included changing all the switches and plug-ins, which updated the home.

My power went off and I noted sparks from my electrical panel. It was late evening and it seemed like a serious problem. I found Westridge on-line gave them a call and they were very helpful. Len said he would be here in 45 min and he was. It was a serious problem - my panel is obsolete but he managed to find the part that was required and was able to fix the problem. Len was very knowledgeable, courteous and able to set my mind at ease. The cost was exactly what was quoted. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend Len or Westridge to others. Thanks!
