I have had Dustin and his crew do several projects and as always they not only do an excellent job, but do it with class and professionalism. They take the time to make sure everything is perfect and leave the site clean and organized. Best electricians that I have had for 25 years. Thanks Dustin.

Scott from westridge electric did a great job pig-tailing the aluminum connections in my 1970s duplex. He did a system stress test beforehand to isolate any possible problems in the walls, and completed the work ahead of schedule. Abi was great to deal with in the office, and everything was fast and professional all around. They provided all new fixtures for my switches and plus within the quoted price, pulled permits wth the city and scheduled an appointment for the inspection. I will be using their services in the future.

Dustin did an electrical inspection on my house with some aluminum and some copper wiring. His inspection was quite thorough, and he found some issues that needed to be corrected. And he made recommends for any other work that made sense to do but was not required, and he took the time to ensure you understood.

Dustin did Copalum remediation for all of my aluminium wiring, he replaced fixtures that I supplied at no extra cost because they were down anyway, he replaced all switches & receptacles (including Lutron dimmers where requested at no extra cost), and he fixed some other issues on my copper circuits. He also did a few extra things at no cost just to make sure I was feeling like I was getting good value.

The work took 3 days, and Dustin did the work with an excellent attention to detail, and I think everything was done to the highest standards.

I can write a book about all the little things, but my 40 year old house had some issues and I feel very confident that they have all been located and corrected.

I could have had this work done for quite a bit less, but I think paying a little extra for the high standard of workmanship is worth paying for.

This work described above was done in October 2015, and I have used Westridge again in April 2016, and once again Dustin did very excellent work.

Excellent experience of client-centered service! Dustin discussed options and together we chose the best course of action. He wanted what was best for me and my home not just what would make the company more money. I like that. We had a question about two stage furnaces that we tried to find an answer for but to no avail. He called me after he left to say he spoke with a friend and had the answer. Great service. One of my fire alarms was beeping. It is at the peak of my living room at about 16 feet from the floor. I got the Westridge name from the Home Depot in Okotoks. Scott from Westridge arrived as per schedule. He did an inspection of our electrical panel and other wiring in the house. He also changed my two fire alarms and replaced them with 2016 models. (I did not know that fire alarms had a ten year expiry date). Call Westridge they (Scott) are professional, informative and experienced.

I had Westridge Electric replace 3 smoke detectors that had expired. I chose Westridge Electric because of the reviews on Homestars and I wasn't disappointed. I would highly recommend this company. When I called to book an appointment I dealt with Abi who is very friendly and helpful. I really liked dealing with her. I wasn't sure which smoke detector I wanted to replace mine with so Abi sent me the link to the Kidde smoke detectors which are the ones that Westridge installs so that I could look at the various features and decide on the ones that I wanted for my home. Westridge will order a Kidde smoke detector for you if there is one that you want and that they don't carry. As well if there is a recall on any of the smoke detectors they install Westridge will notify you and than replace the smoke detectors. Dustin from Westridge arrived at the scheduled time for my appointment. Dustin was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The smoke detectors were replaced quickly and efficiently. Once the smoke detectors were installed they were tested to ensure they all worked and I was shown how to properly test my smoke detectors and any questions I had were answered. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that my service call included a safety inspection during which recommendations were provided to me on my electrical system. As well I asked Dustin to look at an electrical outlet outside to a pond that was dismantled last year to see what work would be involved to disconnect the electricity from that outlet for my next service call. Dustin took the time to look at the electrical outlet and said he could cut the electricity off at this service call with no additional cost so I had him do it. I was really impressed with the customer service and that Dustin would take the time to disconnect the electricity from the outside outlet instead of charging me for another service call. I will definitely be using Westridge Electric for all of my electrical needs in the future.

I was very happy with the experience I had with Westridge Electric. When one of our breakers blew we sent an email that night and someone showed up at our place the next day. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He made an effort to explain exactly what had happened and why. He then proceeded to offer a few solutions to the problem so that it wouldn't happen again. We also needed a couple new switches, which he fixed on the spot. It turned out to be a very educational experience as I had little knowledge about the wiring and electrical happenings of our home. It is clear that Westridge offers quality work and takes the time to ensure the electrical safety of your home.

We blew a breaker in our kitchen. It was a quick fix. Great employee, explained everything, always on time, fast, thorough and courteous. We are pleased to have this company/service in our town.

Have been using them for 5+ years and they have never failed to be on time, do good work and be reasonably priced. We live in the country and they handle that easily.
