WATER DAMAGE

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Ottawa

I can not say enough about the level of service that was provided to us by the team in Ottawa. We arrived home to a basement full of sewage, called our insurance company who gave us the runaround to get a company out to clean up the mess so we decided to google a company that could help us. Paul and Jean-Michel answered the call and had teams onsite within 45 mins! They kept us informed as to what to expect then worked with our insurance to make sure we were taken care if. We cannot say enough about this company. Thank you, Paul and Jean Michel. Hopefully we won’t need them again but if we do, they are the only company we will call.

Mold issues

Mold Detection & Removal review in Barrie

Just want to thank Alex for his time and advice on the mold issues that was a big concern for me. I am happy that it was not a big issue but just too must moisture in the house. Thanks for your suggestions to resolve it.

Poor Cleaning & No Empathy

Poor cleaning job, and salesperson cared more about their points than showing any empathy. Overpriced project management company, who will max out your insurance coverage. Hire the contractors yourself and you will save 30-35%.

Asbestos Testing

Informative, friendly service from Alex and Laura, for arranging and performing asbestos testing. They both took time to explain the testing process and reassure me.

We offer testing services to ensure that either asbestos fibers are present or they are not. We feel that educating our clients and providing accurate results and information allows them to make the best decisions on how to move forward with home renovations or projects no matter the scale of the work to be preformed. Asbestos removal is not a inexpensive endeavor therefore knowing exactly what you are dealing with is crucial.

Perfect job

Mississauga

We had a small rooms at our backyard but didn't serve any purpose. We thought it to use it as little garage but didn't fit for that. It's almost 12 years that place stays there unused. We decided to demolish and build a patio. We hired Canada's Restoration service for demolition, as requested they came on the exact day and time and finished the job without much bother to neighbors. Thank you

Quick and honest assessment of asbestos risk

Asbestos, Lead, and Radon Removal review in Toronto

Aristides responded in a very timely way to our early morning call about possible damage to asbestos insulation of our hot water pipes in the basement. He clearly explained possible risks, what we should and should not do to mitigate the possible risk, and then came within a few hours to inspect. After looking at the pipes he assured us that there was no risk and he didn’t take a penny for the inspection. We are so grateful that he put our minds at ease!

Fast response. Trustworthy and reliable. Excellent customer service. We had severe water damage around a basement window. We found severe mold and rotted wood in this wall. I contacted these guys and they were there for me almost immediately. They reassured me everything would be fine and clearly explained everything that was needed to resolve the issue. Any questions I had day or night they were able to answer my questions and address my concerns. Always very pleasant and patient. True professionals.

Very Professional

Our house had mold in the attic from previous owner plus our Gazebo was covered with mold also. The 2 Technicians did a great job on these 2 parts of the house. Very Professional and also cleaned up their mess after coming down from Attic.

Hi Julien, thanks so much for sharing your experience you had with us. Some home projects can be manageable but when it come to mold that should be left to the experts. Mold in attic is something that can easily go unnoticed due to that people don't usually consider that area part of the home. Mold in the attic left untreated can caused pricey and overwhelming work that has to be preformed.

Basement flooded

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Toronto

My grandmother's basement had flooded. By time I found out the damage was severe. I called CRS and got an immediate response. The staff were lovely to deal with. Alex and his team were amazing! They were so professional at communication and keeping the site clean. It was a difficult scenario and they handled the situation with kid gloves. I was very impressed and so grateful for their help.
