Mould Removal

There is sometimes a simple moment of truth after making a weighty decision when you recognize either that you've made a good or bad decision. I knew I had made a good decision selecting Canada's Restoration Services when I watched Jason Campbell tape down a protective floor covering he was using to ensure his team wouldn't damage our floors. The covering would have been enough, but what really got my attention was watching Jason meticulously cut the tape so that it consistently formed a ¼" spacing away from the quarter round. Attention to details like temporary tape told me this job was in good hands. And it was. Jason and his team efficiently and meticulously removed boards, panelling and drywall (even the nails and screws that held the drywall), leaving no trace of the previous mold, and rendering everything ready for me to tackle the refinishing. Everything was done within the agreed price, and even a few weeks later as I write this, I'm still happy with the job.

From the start Canada Restoration Services dealt with me professionally and enthusiastically. On the day the team was to arrive, the project manager, Ken Ben-Gal, called apologizing that the company trucks with the professional equipment had been badly vandalized the night before. Eventually Ken had to call to apologize that the damage was too severe and they would need to reschedule. During that whole time, while the trucks were being inspected, Ken called me regularly to keep me fully informed. As soon as the extent of the damage was determined, he worked with me to find another time that fit my schedule. Sometimes it's adversity that shows the quality of a company, and Ken's actions evidenced Canada Restorations Services' well.
