In addition to his extensive knowledge and expertise in identifying and resolving the root cause of the issue, he also provided us with research protocols to prevent future occurrences.
Despite residing in the US while our rental property is in Canada, Jorge generously devoted his personal time on multiple occasions to guide us over phone calls. Remarkably, he never charged us for these consultations, despite being entitled to do so.
