I called after reading some other reviews that noted the highest-rated painters locally are hard to get ahold of and to call you back. I tried one in the evening and had no answer or even voice mail, so I tried Spencer at Pro Painters Group, and he answered and was able to come out to quote the next day.
The quote was well-explained and he even threw in a bit of work at no extra charge.
I had him paint the basement floor, as well as all interior walls, doors, and ceiling of a 3-bedroom rental property. He had it done within 1 week and everything went well. The place was kept clean and he was polite and courteous to let my next door neighbor know what was going on as there would be a bit of noise.
The paint job was very good quality and I'll be calling him again in the future!
