Rene came out to see our house for a consult. He's an industry expert who certainly knows his stuff. Very, very pleasant to deal with. He didn't try to oversell me and was clear on what we could expect for our particular furnace/forced air setup. He recommended the perfect model of Lennox AC for my current forced air system, maximizing efficiency and keeping the yard quiet!

Delivery and install was a couple of days later. We had Mersey remove the old unit and relocate the new Lennox to a location where the Lennox could dissipate the heat for effectively.

The install team of Bin and Nick installed new lines, new coil and the AC unit onto a new pad in a cold and snowy day. They are real pros and do top tier work. I was impressed.

The install work was very clean, visually pleasing and they left nothing behind afterwards.

All went as planned. I highly recommend Rene and his team for any HVAC work.

The service technician was very thorough and made sure I understood what he had done. He was also conscientious enough to suggest other services that we should consider.

Multiple calls for service have been made to Mersey Service Experts related to my furnace not working. I have received excellent service from John T. (technician). He is very professional and helpful. He works very hard to find an answer to the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

Furnace stopped working. The folks from Mersey were very quick to come over and get things working again. The 2 techs that came out were very knowledgeable and worked fast to get us heat again.
Will keep them in mind if future heating/cooling work needs to be done.

I had called them for repairing my under warranty furnace. they knew the parts needed for repair from the code I gave them. Frank, the service technician came on time as promised and repaired the furnace within an hour. He had visited my home in past as well for the maintenance of my furnace and AC. I always have found him to be very professional and efficient.
It just pinched me paying $288 for an hour long service. from my past experience with this company I gave them 4/5 and not 5/5 because of this high service cost.

All went well, Corey explained to me that everything passed the tests. Very good job done.

With the replacement of the old furnace, we chose the higher end unit. We are very satisfied with it. It is so quiet and we are looking forward to a reduction in both our hydro and gas bills.
No one likes to spend money when it isn't necessary but we trusted the recommendation from our Mersey technician that it was time to replace our 19 year old furnace. We appreciated his knowledge and professionalism offered when selecting our new unit. As well, the two installers did an excellent job. They arrived on schedule, got the job done, explained about the new furnace and thermostat and left their work area in our home neat and tidy.

John from Mersey did an amazing job. He showed up on time, was very friendly and explained what the problem was when found. He really went out of his way to make sure I understand how the humidifier works and what my options were to increase the humidity in my house. (I like a really humid house). I cant thank him enough.
