Installing New Gasline - Federal Electricity ACT Section 12
About 3 weeks ago, we discovered our natural gas line furnace wasn’t producing any heat. We went through our regular energy provider and a few service technicians to resolve the issue, but all diagnosed the same issue without a permanent solution. Eventually our energy company identified the need to hire a licensed gas technician to do repairs on our gas line furnace. After some attempts to get a hold of the right company, I was instinctively led to contact Sierra Air Mechanical.
Upon calling them, I felt an immediate confidence that this company was competent to resolve our issue stemmed from a gas meter changed enforced on our residence by the Federal Electricity ACT Section 12. Thanks to the creative and compete efforts of Alex and Dan, licensed gas technicians, we were able to see a very complicated problem resolved in approximately 3 hour effort, in addition to test and inspection efforts.
Not only was the installation done timely, it was done right the first time with reasonable cost and with care, understanding the efforts needed to be as seamless as possible, to give us heat and minimize any additional renovation and repair work required inside the home. We are so grateful for the friendly, competent and creative service provided, to restore heat to our home.
