Saverio came to us highly recommended by a friend. He had great work ethic, his work was meticulous, and he was extremely knowledgeable in his field. His work was clean, which we appreciated as there was little to no mess, and his pricing was quite fair. I will be calling him again when needed.

I would never let this Company touch anything in your home!!! We had nothing but trouble ever since our panel.was installed.. Tonight our house could have lit on fire if my husband didbt go to our garage for some Thing and hear the sparks going off in the panel. The day after the panel was installed our air conditioner almost Fried cause it was not hooked up with th proper voltage, after that we found out we only had 110 volts running to our hot water tank and it had been Running straight for almost a week.. The owner was very rude every time we contacted him and was reluctant to have his worker come out.. I called him many times about the power surging up and down In our house, the last conversation with him.was Aug 31 he said give me 2 weeks now we are in Nov and our house may have burned down in the night had my husband not gone to our garage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IM WARNING You!!!!!!

We hired Alive Electrical to install 7 pot lights and 3 light fixtures in our master bathroom. The service and workmanship was excellent. We will definitely recommend and use this company again. Thanks for the great work!

I contacted Saverio to assist with the electrical issues for a complete bathroom renovation. He responded promptly to my call and was able to have someone on my project within two days. I am sure if I needed him sooner he would have accommodated me. Paulo was on the site before I got there at 7:30 and after a complete day of work, did everything requested and cleaned up anything associated to his work without question. I would highly recommend Alive electric for any project you need done, large or small.

Saverio of Alive Electrical Service Inc was the electrician who completed some work we had done on our home. We wanted potlights in our hallway & kitchen, dimmer switches for those and for an overhead light in the kitchen, and a plug behind a wall-mounted television. We had nothing but challenges with this company from start to finish. Some things were not completed according to ESA standards (which by the way you can request come and check his work when he is finished). When problems arose, Saverio made us feel as though we were causing him grief, and that we should be satisfied with the unfinished work that had been done. He very reluctantly came back to our home twice (which is why we gave him a "1" and not a "0", because he did come back), but the hostility & tension that he added was completely unnecessary and made us extremely uncomfortable. Before he came back the second time, he suggested we call the manufacturer of our lights to ask them why the light was flickering. We jumped through hoops for him, to try to assist him in finding a solution to these problems -- we bought many different bulbs, different dimmer switches, all because he couldn't be bothered to find a solution himself. He told us he would come back to install a new dimmer and bulbs, but we would have to be the ones to find appropriate solutions first... I am not an electrician, I have not studied the trade, if I has known I would be doing all of the research myself, why would I have hired a licensed electrician? I would not recommend this company to anyone looking to hire an electrician, please do not spend your hard earned money on mediocre work. Perhaps Saverio should consider hiring a "face" to represent his company, because the customer service is appalling...
