This has taken time to share but not forgotten. I thought I could check the Homestars call for quotes feature. In May 2018, I was looking for installation of a under the sink filter, to repair a bathroom faucet and to replace a kitchen faucet. I uploaded pics for better understanding.
From the responses that came back I got a good indication of the customer service standard of each. Just through the messaging service I could see the promptness and clarity of the responses only from Lampert. I got 5 responses. Only Arthur gave a clear cost for each. He offered to buy the spare for the imported faucet and send with the plumber for which he gave a price upfront. I got a clear idea of the work and the cost. His plumber came over at the appointed hour, went about the job smoothly and efficiently and delivered as promised. Thanks Arthur.
