We got the part, they arrived as planned within. A couple hours. Yes, really on a Friday afternoon...
The rep was polite, respectful and informative with his direction on how we should proceed.
We followed the recommended approach, he completed the repair/install-and just like that we were done! Invoices for the amount quoted which I happily paid online.
Simply stated, we could not have possibly had a better outcome, all completed on a Friday afternoon...
