Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

Natalie is one of the interior designers that we have been working with for several years. She is professional and a real pleasure to work with. We truly appreciate her business, as well as the relationship that has been developed. She has a great work ethic, and really includes her clients in the process to ensure they are happy in their living space.

I was looking for some assistance achieving better colour flow on my main floor and a full redecoration of our bedroom. Natalie was perfect for the job. She provided as much or as little involvement that I wanted. She came shopping with me to the stores that were overwhelming for me (fabric stores) but I went shopping on my own for a number of other items (lights, tables, etc), followed her design board and then email her my top choices. She always responded promptly and honestly. Her feedback ensured my design stayed on track and looked professionally done. We have received lots of positive comments from friends and family about how great our house now looks. And every time I walk into our bedroom I feel like I am at a luxurious hotel, I love it! When we renovated our bathroom although we had a contractor doing all the major work Natalie was instrumental in helping us create the look we wanted. Based on our descriptions and some magazine photos she was able to see that vision and transform it into reality.
She was especially helpful with selecting the tiles. On our own we had a hard time envisioning which tile would achieve the look we were trying to create. There was so much to choose from that we felt overwhelmed. Natalie narrowed down our selection and made it so easy. She turned a stressful task into an enjoyable one. Natalie also made several suggestions that we hadn’t even considered which turned our bathroom from ordinary to stylish. Natalie was very easy to work with and always put our desires and wishes first. She went out of her way to help us achieve our dream bathroom, one that is more stylish, has a polished look and a bathroom we love.

Natalie of Nest Design helped us to turn our very dated basement from a junk storage space to a modern family space that we use daily. She provided design drawings to organize the space, fully designed a functional and beautiful laundry room and helped us to choose all finishes for our family room, bathroom, laundry room and workout room. Her advice and reassurance was invaluable. She worked well with our chosen contractor and was always available by phone to walk us through decisions. Her services were reasonably priced, and Natalie continues to follow up to ensure we are satisfied.

Natalie was the interior design consultant on a renovation we recently completed in our kitchen/family room (great room). She also did the design plan for Phase 2 which will be a refreshed MBR with ensuite. Our home is 55 years old and we were trying to open up the space and come up with some solutions that would optimize the space, reflect our taste, and coordinate with the rest of the house.

Natalie was awesome to work with. She listened, gave me some great lay-out, colour and fabric and furniture recommendations that I felt really comfortable working with. She is super responsive; I sent her e-mails with photos of chairs, lamps etc. and she responded while I was in the store. Her attention to detail, customer service and professionalism are exceptional. I would recommend her highly!

When we bought our new home we had two challenges. We needed to transform a very dated décor (all wall colour, kitchen) into something modern, light and airy and we had to buy all new furnishings (including lighting and window coverings) to go with it.

Natalie from NDS picked the perfect colours and details for my condo to give me the more homey, peronsalized feel I wanted. She was very conscientious about staying within my budget and never made me feel pressured. She always sought my opinion and genuinely wanted ME to love my place. I have never worked with an interior designer before, and I was lucky to have found such a friendly, upbeat, and professional designer who made the process so easy and stress free, as I could not find the time to do these things myself. We had asked Natalie to design a family room that was comfortable and she did by including a colour palette to complement the sofas we had already bought and by getting the right window coverings furniture that was required.
