They came and installed the railings on the wrong side of the walkway. When I called they said they will come and fixed the holes and two years later the holes is still not fixed. I would never recommend Architectural Iron works to anyone. They were never on time and never believe what they will tell you. They are only interested in your money.

We provided and installed the first part of your project without any issues and yet you didn’t mention this in your review. Since we did such a great job the first time, you called us back and we were honored to come back to a happy customer. You added the second part to your home and we didn’t even charge you for some of the added cost of the second job since you were a happy returning customer. Unfortunately our employees happened to have made a mistake even though somebody was home and could have stopped them. Asad came to your home since you have made the complaint and saw that the workers tried to fix the issue. We did and continue to apologize for this incident and we are trying to work with you to get this issue resolved and fixed.
