I had ESG come by to due asbestos air testing on my 100 year old house. I got an appointment very quickly and at a convenient time, they came by and did the testing and I got my result (none found) very quickly as well, with a very detailed report on the sampling methods, the acceptable levels and my results. I would recommended them, and if I need to use a similar service in the future I'd use them again.

Tara from Environmental Services Group has been my go to person for mould and UFFI on my recent real estate deals. She has been extremely helpful and informative to me and my clients making some not so great findings easier to understand. I will not hesitate to call her in the future and I will be refering her to all my colleagues and clients with regards to any indoor environmental concerns.

In addition to a termite inspection, Tara Valley also noted that the property I am purchasing had water damage, structural damage and grading issues. She also noted that the building has asbestos in the basement. I am out of country and was very pleased to have her disclose issues that went above and beyond the termite inspection.

I called Environmental Services Group (Moldinspections.ca) to conduct an air quality test on a new property I purchased which was previously used as a grow-op.

Everytime I called, a live person answered the phone and was always extremely courteous and helpful.

They were able to schedule an appointment within that same week and arrived on time with a smile on their face :)

A report was forwarded to me by email a few days after the test. The report was very through with pictures, numerical results, and a list of next steps. The testers made themselves accessible by email and phone to go over the results and remedial steps.

They were also able to refer me to other companies that I needed to contact (eg. structural engineer, mould remediators). This saved me a lot of time not having to research qualified professionals on my own.

My experience with Enviromental Services Group, namely Tara Valley, was very positive and I would definitely reccommend their services.

Thank you Tara and the MoldInspections.ca team! We have used MoldInspections.ca for mold testing in our clients homes during renovations. We are assured in using Tara and her team on our jobsites because of she KNOWS her stuff. In addition, her company provided us with proof of liability insurance as well as WSIB coverage. This is very important if you are a contractor and ever get audited as well as a homeowner if you want to distinguish between a fly-by-night and a professional. More specifically, we had a client with Cystic Fibrosis and we found mold. We immediately stopped the renovation and had Tara come out. She immediately had us contain the area and provided results to the homeowner. The homeowner was able to take the results to their physician and deal with any medical concerns.

Environmental Services Group were very helpful with helping me understand the testing process and were quick with both the sessions and lab results. Tara and Nicki were excellent with their customer service skills!

We were selling our home and found vermiculite in the attic. The purchaser wanted it tested for asbestos we only had a couple days to have this done. I called ESG and they had a technician out within a day and the results back the next day.. Extremely pleased to find no asbestos..Also very pleased with the quick courteous service provided by ESG at a very stressful time. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend this company.

ESG services were retained by my company to perform a mould inspection in our building. The inspection was very thorough and the results very comprehensive. A report was provided to us explaining exactly what work would need to be done to fix the issues. Overall very satisfied and would use ESG again in the future.

The person I spoke with was knowledgeable, professional and helpful, characteristics shared by subsequent interactions with other staff members.
