This complex build was the first ever in its class and my new team pulled it off. They managed every road block we encountered and made the impossible possible. We are now living in our dream home x2 months and pine glen is still there for us when ever we call. Renan lead the way on this project as our site Supervisor. He was absolutely amazing. Never loosing his composure and always making sure the home was built to the very smallest detail to our liking. He was backed up by the rest of the team who were able to get us the best prices and selections for our home. Rosanna the Queen of builder trend helped us track all our selections with great advice. What impressed me the most was that even with all that was thrown at them during this process they built the house right on time, that's right 0 delays saving us money on Rent is always nice. There was an issue with the flashing over the front entrance to our home. Even though Pine Glen completed our wonderful renovation almost 10 years ago, they didn't hesitate when we called to explain the problem. Within three days, the problem was remedied, and not once did Pine Glen say that there would be a charge for this repair. We were thrilled with Pine Glen during our renovation project, and we continue to sing their praises. This is a company that does what it says it will do and stands by its word! This was the second renovation done for me by Pine Glen. They were thoughtful and open about the entire process. They were easy to communicate with, responding quickly to any questions.
