The job looked straightforward but I knew the patio doors were a DIY project. The installers, after acknowledging that it certainly must have been a DIY project went right ahead and resolved all problems with good humour and great efficiency. Although they did not demand it, I did promise them that I would never again install a patio door myself. But not because I don't know what to do, but because I am too old to do it.
