We had our windows replaced on our main level and went with Gienow since our neighbour used them. The guy who did the quote (Andrew) was friendly and thorough throughout the initial inspection, and made the appropriate recommendations based on what we wanted. He also handled the rebate portion for us.
They sent Alex's team for the install and they were great. They were respectful and they cleaned the area thoroughly enough when they finished.
The windows have been in for a few months now and we have nothing to complain about. We'll probably go with Gienow again when it comes time to replace our doors.
