Bathrooms"R"Us

We had excellent service from Steve and his crew from Bathrooms R Us. We had a very old 70's bathroom with mildew and rot and they completed the total reno job in a timely and very professional fashion. Products were of very good quality and prices were fair value. I would highly recommend them again.

We were very happy with the service we received from Bathroom "R" Us. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and visited daily to ensure that the project was progressing well. Our job was completed by 2 of his crews and both were friendly, polite and hardworking - and cleaned up at the end of each work day. The finished result looks beautiful, and is a complete transformation from our old 70s bathroom! We would be more than happy to use Bathrooms "R" Us again - and would recommend them to any of our friends.

Friendly crew, put up with our constantly curious cat. Quality work, even though the job ran several days longer than budgeted. Took a long time to get a damaged cabinet door replaced, but overall happy with the work.

My contractor left in the middle of the job. He wasn't qualified to do the job. And left my bathroom in shambles. I was at wits end. My boyfriend called Bathrooms r us. Steve came over, he was horrified. But, he agreed to help. Steve & Mike fixed everything that went wrong. They did a great job, and I now have a working bathroom and they did it in the time frame they promised. It looks gorgeous, just like I imagined it!

From estimated quote to start-up, from tear-down to installation and straight on to clean-up, Steve and his crew are top of the line!

Both our en suite and our main bathroom were badly in need of renovation, and my wife who faces the challenges of her permanent disability in a wheelchair due to Multiple Sclerosis had accessibility issues that had to be addressed. Bathrooms R Us knew exactly what to do. They appeared on the job early in the month of May and within weeks, we had our bathrooms completely re-done.

This was a huge job. All the flooring was removed the plumbing and electrical and drywall and ceilings were taken out and replaced. The tile job they did in both bathrooms was fantastic! Our bathrooms never looked so good. The painting and installation of fixtures, plumbing and electrical, was outstanding.
In the main bathroom, the toilet had to be moved, the tub had to be replaced with a shower, regular doors were exchanged for sliding pocket doors, and a new vanity was installed.

Throughout this extensive renovation, Leo and Michael were professional and so much more than cordial. My wife needed washroom access with her wheelchair, so they worked first completing one bathroom so she could use the other, then visa versa.

When it comes to finishing, this crew is the best! They did an immaculate job and were meticulous about making sure every detail was completed to our satisfaction. When one of the pocket doors turned out to be bowed and rubbing against the frame, Steve immediately installed a temporary door until the new pocket door arrived on order within a couple of weeks. All problems were treated with professionalism and a high level of expertise.

When it came time to say good-bye, Steve assured us that if we ever had a problem, we could contact him and he would send someone out to resolve the issue immediately.

If you are thinking of getting Bathrooms R Us to do your renovation, you can expect excellence in workmanship and overall satisfaction with a job well done! From the request for a quote to the final inspection-this reno was a pleasure. Leo, Colin and Clay were prompt, professional and exemplary in every way. Steve provided me with great input and suggestions and ensured that work progressed in a very satisfactory way daily (including daily clean up). The 2 bathrooms that were done are more than I hoped for, and we will be having this company reno our 3rd bathroom shortly.

Steve was absolutely wonderful to work with. From our first meeting I felt confident in going with his company to renovate our bathroom and that they would do the best possible job. Steve and his crew came in with a reasonable quote and did our renovation while we were on holidays. Unfortunatly our bathroom was in much worse shape than anticipated, and his crew needed to remove mold, replace the subfloor, put in new drywall, vent the bathroom properly, etc. We trusted Steve to make the right choices for our family and his crew had to work 3 extra days, but they got our bathroom completed properly. When we arrived home, the bathroom was absolutely gorgeous and we feel so much better knowing that it is safe for our family and up to code. We would definetly recommend Bathrooms "R" Us!!
