We had a problem with squirrels on the roof. I called them in the morning and described the problem. They told me that they would get back to me soon to give me an appointment. In less than 10 minutes, they called back with an appointment for the same day between 4-5 pm.
Tony showed up right at 4 pm. I explained the problem and he knew what to do right away. He finished his job quick and nicely. He was professional, polite, and clean.Explained to me what he had done and issued the receipt.

Tony came within a day of requesting the service and removed a big wasp nest that had formed above our garden door just below the roof.
He also cleaned up the area and was very professional and nice.
The company gives a 6 month warranty to retreat same area/spot. When some very persistent wasps came back to start building another nest on the same spot, Tony came back right away and got rid of the new nest and put a poweder on as well to make sure they won't reestablish a nest again.

I had a wasp nest situated at front walk way. I called this morning and the wasp nest was dealt with the very same day. Luqman Butter was quick and efficient on the nest removal. Sprayed bush even after he removed the nest to catch lingering wasps. He was very informative and even told me not to use front door for a few days in case there were any lingering angry wasps. Zafar came in to look after my bed bug problem. Very courteous and professional guy. Explained the entire procedure nicely and was very knowledgable about what he was doing and why he was doing it. Another big plus is that Zafar was very easy to reach in regards to any lingering questions I had.

It's been about two weeks now and the treatment seems to have work (*fingers crossed*) but they offer a 90 guarantee as well.
