Javaid from PestEnd was excellent. He arrived on-time (August 8th, Toronto East), he is polite and professional. He assessed the situation, suited up and carefully removed a large hornets' nest from the eaves to the garage. He applied a treatment to keep them away and explained the warranty should the hornets attempt to rebuild the nest at the same spot.
I would definitely recommend Javaid and Pestend to family and friends.
