I called, and Tony came 2 days later. He was very polite, explained everything well, and answered my questions with patience.
He very carefully sprayed the large wasp nest (bigger than my head) that was under my eaves. And he also pumped powder into and around a concealed (and very active) wasp nest that was inside my siding.
I watched him work, and he was very careful about my property, and didn't take any shortcuts in what he was doing.
In less than 24 hours, there were no wasps left. And there is a guarantee that they won't return for 6 months.
I would highly recommend this company.
