Noticed bedbugs in apartment, landlord contacted pestend and right away I got a call from Naseer he assessed the situation and verified that they were indeed bed bugs, booked appointment for treatment. Nasser arrived on time did the treatment thoroughly and answered all my questions which was very helpful for me for what I considered to be a stressful situation, Nasser ensured me that the treatment will do its job, being bed bug free ever since. Follow up appoitment Naseer also booked the appointment right away again assessed the place upon arriving and did the follow up. I was very pleased with his work, helpfulness and service it was pleasure.
