I called oest end today, and they were able to send an inspector the same day withing a few hours. Luqman was our inspector and he was both very thorough and took his time to explain to me what he was doing. The inspection took about 30 minutes from start to end, which i think was a good amount of time. He was very professional, and very polite. We did not have bed bugs (thank God!) and we feel much better about the state of our house having heard this! I was happy to pay $70.00 for a service that was professional, timely and thorough. We would recommend Luqman as he is very knowledgeable and very thorough!

- I recommend that if you think you have bed bugs to get an inspection early, especially if you do not know what they look like. They need to be professional removed, so the quicker you can identify an infestation the better. Use a professional service!
