As you can imagine, my concern for my bed bug issue was incredibly stressful. I called Pestend and received very helpful information and was able to set up an appointment for a technician to come to my residence very quickly. The technician, Zafar, arrived at my home promptly on the date of my appointment and I was pleasantly surprised by his friendliness, and extremely helpful information. He provided me with amazing information about bed bugs and was very relieved with his assurance and confidence that he would rid me of this problem. He made me feel at ease and explained the bed bug issue within Toronto, lessening my embarrassment of this issue. Afterwards,as I would imagine most do, I inspected his work and was delighted with what a thorough job he had done in spraying and dusting my residence. Not to mention, he assisted me in vacuuming and cleaning my residence. I am happy to report that because of Zafar and Pestend, I am bed bug free and loving every moment of it!
