First of all, when I called another company I was told that the poison was not an issue.
(I was worried because we have pets)
When I called and spoke to Luke he made sense to me saying to make sure the area is cleaned up after they are done.
Then he set up an appt. for the very next day. Luqman arrived EARLY, after he called to ask if that was ok. He looked at the situation. Cleaned up the mess after he was done. Checked for other issues with pests and guaranteed the work for 6 months. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and what to look for in the future. THANK YOU.
