Vinyl Window Pro

I had recently had my windows replaced by vinyl window pro and was so happy with their quality of work, product and professionalism. I asked for a new front door, and presto!!! They delivered again!!! Abolutely could not be happier...this new door has serious WOW factor!!! I bet with my before and after pics my friends will want new doors too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks again to all of you guys at Vinyl Pro....I will continue to recommend you to any body who wants to hear!!!

Vinyl Window pro replaced our front door and 2 back doors as well as all the windows on the front of our house for the price we were expecting to pay for the front door alone!
We were going to have a custom wood door built but were worried that our east exposure would deteriorate it. We reluctantly decided to get a fibre glass one instead. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the appearance and the installation was perfect.

He are very satisfied with the service provided. We had changed all windows in the house and one of the doors. We were impressed by the fact that they payed a loy of attention to every single detail of the work. They didn`t leave before every single detail was finished.

We have lived in our current home for 9.5 years, and have hated the house from the moment we purchased the property. We purchased the house and land as an investment decision and never intended to stay as long as we have. And the way the economy is right now, we may be here another 10+years. So we decided to do some renos. So I talked to a friend who had her windows replaced by Vinyl Window Pro and told me that I should give them a call. I called and spoke to Yuri and indicated his partner could come over tonight and take a look and give an estimate. I told him who had referred me and told me he would look after me-timing and price wise! So I thought what can an estimate hurt! Well, next thing you know I am signing a contract to replace all my windows! The price was spectacular, Avi and Tisha were very knowledgable and promised quick installation! (installing in less than 3 weeks). In comes Thomas and Lawrence, the installers were fast, efficient, and very professional. As well as very friendly and approachable. They installed 9 windows the first day, built us a huge bay window the second and on the third day completed all the external trim and cleaned up every scrap of material, inside and out! I was so impressed by the professionalism and personalities of all the staff, I thought let's consider a new front door to match my windows- old door is wood and has open spaces around it to see daylight! Not so good in the winter time! So I meet Yuri, he comes with his catalogue and we talked at length about decorating ideas and possibilities. At the end of our conversation, I had ordered steel double doors with wrought iron glass!! Spectacular doors! I am now awaiting the installation of the doors and I can't wait.
I would recommend this company and their work to all my friends and family! The warranty with these windows is unbeatable! 25 years!! They definitely look after their customers, and they make you feel like your job comes first!!! Thanks to my friend who recommended Vinyl Window Pro and to Yuri, Avi, Tisha, Thomas and Lawrence! They did a great job at putting a new front window in and also the Main front door. I am very picky about how work is done on my House and have had many Companys let me down. This Company led by Yuri did an excellent job of doing it and I was very Happy with the results. I would have them come back and do more work.

Just wanted to say, that I got my windows installed by Vinyl Window Pro. Excellent job! My house looks and feels like Brand new again! I will definitely recommend Vinyl Window Pro to anyone who needs windows and doors!

I've got a sister who lives in Toronto. Just to let you know before the story: she is the most picky person that I know. After a number of estimates from most expensive to the cheapest window companies, she recently had changed all the windows in the house by Vinyl Window Pro. She called me as soon as they were done, as the job and windows were just excellent. 'Very clean and careful installers. Picked up all the garbage, showed me how windows operate, and how to maintain them' she says. So, I called this guys right away, and Vinyl Window Pro is actually operating in Calgary now. They did an estimate for me right-a-way and I gotta tell you, I was also impressed with the presentation and the pricing. I placed an order on the spot as I couldn't wait any more. All together my price came out to be just under $14,000, which is about 6-9,000 below some of the other quotes I've gotten in the last 4 months. Any way, I'm so happy and wanted to share my great experience with Vinyl Window Pro!
