Vinyl Window Pro

We have lived in our current home for 9.5 years, and have hated the house from the moment we purchased the property. We purchased the house and land as an investment decision and never intended to stay as long as we have. And the way the economy is right now, we may be here another 10+years. So we decided to do some renos. So I talked to a friend who had her windows replaced by Vinyl Window Pro and told me that I should give them a call. I called and spoke to Yuri and indicated his partner could come over tonight and take a look and give an estimate. I told him who had referred me and told me he would look after me-timing and price wise! So I thought what can an estimate hurt! Well, next thing you know I am signing a contract to replace all my windows! The price was spectacular, Avi and Tisha were very knowledgable and promised quick installation! (installing in less than 3 weeks). In comes Thomas and Lawrence, the installers were fast, efficient, and very professional. As well as very friendly and approachable. They installed 9 windows the first day, built us a huge bay window the second and on the third day completed all the external trim and cleaned up every scrap of material, inside and out! I was so impressed by the professionalism and personalities of all the staff, I thought let's consider a new front door to match my windows- old door is wood and has open spaces around it to see daylight! Not so good in the winter time! So I meet Yuri, he comes with his catalogue and we talked at length about decorating ideas and possibilities. At the end of our conversation, I had ordered steel double doors with wrought iron glass!! Spectacular doors! I am now awaiting the installation of the doors and I can't wait.
I would recommend this company and their work to all my friends and family! The warranty with these windows is unbeatable! 25 years!! They definitely look after their customers, and they make you feel like your job comes first!!! Thanks to my friend who recommended Vinyl Window Pro and to Yuri, Avi, Tisha, Thomas and Lawrence!
