Professional and honest inspection
We've had some issues with mold over the years in our old semi and finally decided to do something . One company we contacted wanted to do a $350 air test before they would examine the property. He inspected the house from top to bottom, used tech and determined that we required better ventilation in the bathroom, and made some longer-term suggestions.
