I have a vacation home in Canada that this company serviced. They got rid of the problem with one heat treatment. I had tried several other things, but thank goodness they were able to finally rid me of this problem. Would recommend to anyone needing bed bug removal services.

They did an awesome job! They came on time, were friendly and explained everything every step of the way. Carey was really helpful and made sure I was happy with the service afterwards.

I called Bed Bugs and Beyond to get rid of my bed bugs problem about a year ago. I found their service to be courteous, honest and professional. The job was done right and I haven't had any bed bugs since. Can't ask for much more than that. I couldn't be more satisfied with their services.

They just finished a job at my condo after having treated 5 other units. I agree with the previous poster, they were great. They killed the Bed Bugs and that is most important part. Carey has called me back now on several occasions to make sure everything is still ok.

Bed Bugs and Beyond just finished a job 2 weeks ago at my place. I have a really old house in downtown Toronto and I have had a Bed Bug issue for almost 2 years. I called them and found the following: Cary has a deep voice but it is sincere and honest. I have no idea why people are saying he is rude, he isn't, he is direct. He knew everything about Bed Bugs and he asked all the right questions and sent in a dog in order to determine the source of the Bugs. They came in right away and killed them all. 2 weeks Bug free! That is more than anything who I hired before had been able to do. For the first time in so long I could sleep at night.
I also want to mention that I had read the other comments prior to using their service and I realised something. No one else EVER says they didn't kill the Bed Bugs. For anyone out there who has had Bed Bugs you will agree with this, the ONLY important part is they kill Bed Bugs and they do.

Carey, the owner, seemed nice and helpful until he got our money. After that he was rude and unhelpful and downright mean. He told us we needed to be present for the start of the treatment and later said that he had never said such a thing. He rescheduled numerous times on very short notice. He dropped off the crew and left without a word to us. Afterward, we told him that the crew had chipped paint off the door frame. He said he'd pay for the fix and when we submitted the bill to him, he was rude again and we still haven't received payment (2 months later). Several items in our condo melted because he did not give us adequate instructions or warning beforehand. But the worst thing of all is that the bed bugs returned very shortly afterward. When we contacted him about his 90-day guarantee, he again was beyond rude and dismissive, despite our complaint being within the 90 days. We are STILL living with bed bugs and we could not be more furious. We are planning to find a reputable company immediately who will actually deliver on the results that they have promised.

We had our home heat treated for bedbugs last summer. During the treatment excessive heat was generated in several of our rooms, resulting in 4 melted brand new vinyl windows, a melted TV and coffee table and several sets of blinds. The owner Carey admitted that the damage was their fault, , met with our window company and agreed to pay the costs of the replacements. At one point he even called me at work to tell me that he had ordered our replacement windows when he had done no such thing. After getting the runaround for months we hired a paralegal and have recently settled out of court for significantly less than the cost of the damage, which totalled approx 5000 dollars.

Our overall experience with Bed Bugs & Beyond was very negative. In 2011 Aug, they came into our apartment for a heat treatment. They provided guidelines for precautions before the heat treatment which we followed. After the treatment, we found our LCD television as well as our sound mixer had completely melted to the point where it will not even stand straight. We approached the owner and he admitted it was a result of lack of care in heat proofing the electronics and will order replacements and repair it right away.

The owner's attitude is less than professional and had a few arguments with some other tenants. We had diligently followed up on the status of the LCD fixes, since it is a big impact to us, as we cannot even watch TV or use our computer (which is connected to the LCD) properly. The owner initially replied rudely and ended up not responding to my emails and calls at all. He mentioned an order has been placed and it is just taking a long time, but when asked for proof of order placed, he is not able to provide this information. It is now 2012 and our electronic appliances are still damaged with no resolution, and at this point even a proof of replacement order placed cannot be provided by the owner. I have in numerous times tried to contact the owner, but have gotten no responses.

Overall, we do not recommend this company due to their lack of care in treatment and subpar customer service. Please use them at your own risk.
