Our overall experience with Bed Bugs & Beyond was very negative. In 2011 Aug, they came into our apartment for a heat treatment. They provided guidelines for precautions before the heat treatment which we followed. After the treatment, we found our LCD television as well as our sound mixer had completely melted to the point where it will not even stand straight. We approached the owner and he admitted it was a result of lack of care in heat proofing the electronics and will order replacements and repair it right away. The owner's attitude is less than professional and had a few arguments with some other tenants. We had diligently followed up on the status of the LCD fixes, since it is a big impact to us, as we cannot even watch TV or use our computer (which is connected to the LCD) properly. The owner initially replied rudely and ended up not responding to my emails and calls at all. He mentioned an order has been placed and it is just taking a long time, but when asked for proof of order placed, he is not able to provide this information. It is now 2012 and our electronic appliances are still damaged with no resolution, and at this point even a proof of replacement order placed cannot be provided by the owner. I have in numerous times tried to contact the owner, but have gotten no responses. Overall, we do not recommend this company due to their lack of care in treatment and subpar customer service. Please use them at your own risk.

It is most unfortunate that the rear panel of the LCD Television had melted. As you are aware we did order the part you required, however it was out of our control that the delivery took such an extended period. We are pleased to say we never have had another issue like this one occur again. We will be glad to assist you in any future need you may have.
