An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I originally used your company approximately 3 years ago to paint our outside porch after another company botched the job. Your company came in and it was completed within the time frame that you gave me and the work was professional .
When I wanted to have our new deck stained I contacted you again and wanted to let you know how professional the deck staining was that was completed today. Your worker was professional and the area was clean when he left.
